Our milling and woodworking services typically take between two days and two weeks, depending on project size and scope.

Has the wood been kiln dried?

Our wood is not kiln dried, instead we use the benefits of the dry Arizona heat and hot sun to help us dry our wood, along with weights to help keep the wood from warping.

What is the ideal environment for solid wood pieces?

For best results, keep live edge wood pieces indoors or under cover to protect them from rain, sun, and other outdoor elements.

Do you accept log donations?

Yes we accept log donations depending on the logs condition, however we do not do tree removal.

Do you offer log milling services?

Yes we offer log milling services.

Do wood pieces come finished or stained?

Our wood pieces are sold unfinished, allowing you to choose and apply the finish that best fits your project.

Do you deliver, ship and offer installation?

Yes, we deliver and ship the wood but we do not offer installation of the wood pieces.

Is a deposit required and can I make payments?

A deposit is required to begin your order. We do not offer payment plans, and the remaining balance must be paid in full prior to delivery.

Can I adjust or cancel my order once placed?

Yes, only prior to milling. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes to your order.
